Partner Bios

Logan Bragg

As a member of Udig’s management team Logan Bragg puts his recruiting expertise to work for the company. Logan is certified in U.S. Recruiting and Human Resources Strategies and has been helping companies attract, hire and retain information technology employees in the Richmond area for 8 years. 

During his career he has placed over 250 technical professionals and has spoken at local job fairs on various employment-related topics. His experience with placing candidates in organizations of varying sizes and industries has helped him understand that client and candidate needs must be met for a match to be a success.

Logan is a graduate of Radford University with a degree in Mass Communications.

Andy Frank

As a member of Udig’s management team Andy Frank is responsible for the technical aspects of the company. His ten years in the technology industry enable him to ensure a candidate has the correct skill set to be a successful addition to the client’s organization.

Andy’s previous experience was with Capital One as a manager in their Global Architecture division. In this position he was responsible for setting technology strategy and creating architecture governance and standards. Additionally Andy has consulted in the financial and energy services industries.

 Andy is a graduate of James Madison University with a degree in Computer Information Systems.

Jason Williams

As a member of Udig’s management team Jason Williams is focused on sales and business development for the company. His 8 years of experience in buyer-focused, business-to-business sales has honed his ability to understand client needs and translate them into success stories.

Jason has specialized in the development of new business most of his career. He has worked extensively in the telecommunications industry with recent experience selling ASP services nationwide. He has also worked in the real estate and mortgage industry providing clients with technology solutions.

Jason is a graduate of Virginia Wesleyan College with a degree in Communications.
