Who are we?
We opened our first office in Richmond, VA in 2001 to provide
the local technology community with innovative ways to staff their
offices and projects. Our core idea was simple yet innovative -
focus on the specific needs of each client and each candidate. By
getting to know our client's business we can make better hiring
recommendations. And by focusing on the candidate, not just the job
description, we can find them a fulfilling position at a great
company. Today, our Richmond office serves as the UDig headquarters
for our other
offices in Hampton Roads, Washington DC, and Raleigh, NC.
