Susan Frank, Chief Executive Officer
Susan is responsible for all financial and strategic planning functions across the company. Susan is a graduate of the University of Virginia and received her CPA in 1995. She has held positions in Sales and Public Accounting and served as a division controller in a Fortune 500 company. Under her direction, UDig has increased revenue and gross profit while decreasing expenses and risk. Susan has used her extensive finance and operations experience to create efficiencies across all areas of the company. In her downtime, Susan enjoys spending time with her three children, the outdoors, attending UVA football games and volunteering in the community.

Andy Frank, Chief Operating Officer
Andy has spent his entire career in IT. He started out learning to write software, eventually moving into management roles and uncovering his strengths in the process. Prior to UDig, Andy worked at Capital One as a manager in the Global Architecture division, accountable for setting technology strategies and creating IT architecture governance and standards. A lifelong Richmond resident and Computer Information Systems graduate from James Madison University, Andy is also a proud father of three and a fan of the Atlanta Braves and the Dallas Cowboys.

Mark Sturges, Senior Technical Account Manager
Mark, a graduate of West Virginia University, brings over 17 years experience in sales and recruiting in the northern Virginia and Richmond markets to UDig. He has worked with both commercial and governement clients developing lasting relationships with many Fortune 50 clients. Mark is a WVU and Redskins fan. When he isn't working, he enjoys fishing with his three children.

Matt Bixler, Technical Account Executive
Matt is a Radford University graduate with more than 15 years of B2B outside sales experience. In his free time, he plays golf and spends time with his wife, Kathy, and their three children.

Gordon Kelly, Technical Account Manager
A University of Virginia graduate with a background in finance, Gordon enjoys watching UVA sports, the Redskins, and playing golf.

Aaron Snead, Technical Account Manager
Aaron Snead is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University with a degree in Hotel, Restaurant, and Institutional Management. He likes to spend time with his family, fish, play volleyball, and watch the New Orleans Saints play football. He has a twin brother, and his wife is a twin, too.

Rob Havey, Director of Recruiting
Rob has nine years of recruiting, sales and management experience with five years in IT staffing industry. Rob is a graduate of Longwood University with a degree in Business Administration. Outside of work, Rob enjoys water skiing and Virginia Tech football.

Jeff Bonniwell, Senior Technical Recruiter
A graduate of Elon University, Jeff holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration. He spent five years in mortgage industry and three years in IT/Telecommunications, all of them in sales and management. A die hard Carolina Panthers fan, he loves to cook, play golf and spend time with his friends and family.

Andy Tullo, Senior Technical Recruiter
Andy comes from a break-fix technical background, and spent time in financial sales prior to entering IT recruiting. In his spare time, Andy enjoys playing the guitar, reading Sci-Fi, cooking, spending time with his family, and four-legged daughter Bella.

Greg Valentine, Senior Technical Recruiter
With a degree in business administration from Virginia Commonwealth University, Greg brings four years of experience in IT staffing to UDig. He's a competitive soccer player, beginner golfer, and loves Steelers football.

Wahid Osmani , Senior Technical Recruiter
A graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University with a B.S. in Information Systems, Wahid has spent his career in the staffing industry, all of it with UDig. He is a Lakers fan, a novice but addicted golfer, and a poker player.

Rob Brinkley, Technical Recruiter
Rob is a graduate of Hampden-Sydney College with a Bachelor of Science in Economics. In his free time, Rob enjoys watching the Redskins, snowboarding and playing golf.

Kelsey Champion, Technical Recruiter
Kelsey is originally from Richmond. She is a graduate of Virginia Tech with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing Management. She enjoys playing tennis, spending time at the beach and with family - the newest member of her family is a Mountain Cur puppy. Kelsey is an avid follower of Virginia Tech football and a season ticket holder to the Redskins.

Liz Dalton, Technical Recruiter
A Northeastern University graduate with of a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Marketing. Spending the first part of her career in real estate, she has 5 years of professional sales and marketing experience. In her free time she enjoys spending time with family and friends, going to the beach, and supporting the Philadelphia Eagles.

Taylor Hilton, Technical Recruiter
Taylor is a graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management. He enjoys playing golf, soccer and basketball. Taylor is also a Duke basketball and Kansas City Chiefs fan.

Emily Kittrell, Technical Recruiter
Emily is a graduate of Virginia Tech with a Bachelor's degree in Business Management with a concentration in Human Resources and Psychology. Emily enjoys watching VT football, spending time with friends and taking her dog to her parent's farm in Buckingham County.

Gareth Williams, Technical Recruiter
Gareth is a graduate of Wesleyan College and has a background in insurance and financial sales. Gareth enjoys spending time with his wife, Morgan, as well as playing golf. Gareth is a fan of the New York Yankees and all things NC State.

Tanya Cornwell, Office Manager
Tanya is a mom who loves the beach, taking pictures, antiquing and dabbling in event planning as a hobby. She graduated from James Madison University with a Kinesiology and Sports Management degree. Tanya has been helping the UDig offices run smoothly since 2006.

Megan Wolfe, Account Services Coordinator
Megan is a graduate of Radford University with a degree in Information Technology and Criminal Justice. In her free time, Megan enjoys tennis, reading and spending time at her family's river house.

Melissa Daub, Director of Brand Strategy Melissa has more than 18 years of marketing consulting and project management experience and is a graduate of Randolph-Macon College with a degree in Business Economics. When she's not managing marketing projects, she's managing her three little girls.
