We opened our first UDig office in 2001 to provide Richmond IT staffing solutions to the local technology community. Our founder, Andy Frank, a Richmond native with a background in information technology, wanted to change the way staffing was done in Richmond. Having worked with IT staffing companies, he recognized the need for a nimble, problem solving staffing company that focused on each client's unique needs versus a commodity business throwing resumes at a problem.
Our Richmond, Virginia office serves as the UDig headquarters. All of our back office and support operations are handled out of here. In addition, this office is home to three (3) Technical Account Managers as well as our Director of Recruiting and five (5) Technical Recruiters to provide service to our clients and candidates. We focus on the person, not just the position, and take great pride in filling IT jobs with the right candidates.

Our clients work closely with their UDig Technical Account Manager to devise a plan to accomplish their IT recruiting needs. Our Account Managers then work closely with Technical Recruiters to find the best fit for your technology positions. We want to ensure that the candidate not only has the technical requirements for the job but that they mesh with the culture of your company.
