VIP Program
The nature of contract work means contracts eventually do end at some point. That is why Udig takes an aggressive approach to re-marketing all of our candidates. Six weeks prior to a candidate’s scheduled end date, we contact the client and determine the next step in the process:
- contract extension,
- conversion to an employee or
- non-renewal of the position.
Should the client decide not to renew, the candidate is added to our VIP program and given first chance at all of our other client openings. It’s just one of the ways Udig puts our candidates first.
