Exercise Increases Productivity

I have never been a regular workout guy. I will work out once I get motivated, usually out of necessity (especially after Thanksgiving and Christmas…and New Year’s… and Girl Scout Cookie season!). I have done the Seal Team PT and P90X, but could never stay consistent for one reason or another. I know working out makes me feel better and gives me more energy throughout the day, so I am committed to staying committed this time. UDig started a morning workout program at Elkins Sports Performance before work several time a week which has really helped me stay committed. It has been great and everyone loves it (at least I think they do!). I recommend trying to exercise with colleagues or friends because it helps you stay motivated and accountable day in and day out.
