VIP Program
Given the nature of contracting, and recognizing that contracts do end at some point, we have an aggressive plan for re-marketing all of our candidates. Six weeks prior to your scheduled end date, we will contact the client and determine the next step: contract extension, conversion to an employee or non-renewal of the position. Should the client decide not to renew, you will be added to our VIP program where you will be given first chance at all of our other client openings. This is just one of the ways Udig takes care of our candidates.
