Our Proven Process

 

There is a standard set of steps we go through when we receive a job listing from a client or meet with a new candidate. We call it Intelli-Hire.

Udig’s Intelli-Hire is a customer-focused approach that optimizes the selection process by uniting candidate sourcing and performance management. A member of the Udig team works closely with our client’s hiring managers to understand not only the job requirements but also office culture and other important factors that will be key to a candidate’s success.

We then source candidates from our extensive, prescreened internal database. Local and national candidates are included, in accordance with our client’s unique job requirements. All of our candidates will experience screenings and in-person interviews to ensure proper skills assessment.

Udig presents the top candidates in an efficient format, which makes it easy for clients to make hiring decisions. Once the hire is made, Udig provides ongoing performance management—working with our clients to gauge the success of the candidate, as well as ways we can refine our processes and systems to create even more success.
