The addition of Todd M. Tolbert, MBA, CAE, to the team will bring vital experience to support UDig in applying our digital transformation expertise to the associations sector.
UDig is thrilled to announce that Todd M. Tolbert, MBA, CAE, has joined the team as the Director of Associations and Nonprofits, expanding our work in this industry and bringing a deep understanding of the challenges unique to nonprofits and associations.
With over 15 years of experience in the associations and nonprofit space as both an executive team member and virtual CIO, Tolbert brings firsthand knowledge of the critical need for digital transformation in the industry.
“There is a huge need for what UDig provides. Nonprofits and associations are aware that they need to better leverage their data to understand what their members and communities want in a way that’s enabled by their technology. Very often, a fresh perspective is needed as too many consultants simply provide similar advice for every organization or push the same group of solutions: UDig is technology agnostic, allowing us to truly tailor solutions to the needs of each client. Additionally, UDig has been successful in delivering simple solutions to big ideas in several industries. There aren’t a lot of vendors and consultants in this industry that bring both association and for-profit experience to the table. UDig can help guide organizations in what they need in an honest and authentic way and then execute the implementation seamlessly. I’m excited to see the change we will enable together,” Tolbert said.
With expertise spanning strategy, technology, and entrepreneurial leadership, UDig is equally excited for what Tolbert will bring to the team.
“Todd’s proven history and tangible experience in the industry brings a strong foundation for us to build upon as we continue to invest in this vertical. He brings a unique combination of executive leadership experience with a deep understanding of the technical needs, restraints, and requirements that association and nonprofit leaders face,” said Gordon Kelly, Executive Vice President at UDig.
