UDig, a technology consulting company, is excited to announce the latest addition to our team, David Allen, who will take on the role of State Government Lead in Georgia. With two decades of technology experience in both the public and private sectors, David brings a wealth of experience and a deep understanding of the market to UDig. 

David Allen’s distinguished career includes serving as the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) for the Georgia Technology Authority, where he provided oversight to 160 state agencies and served as a member of the Governor’s cybersecurity board. His extensive military service includes ten years with the Army National Guard, serving as the Deputy CIO and CIO, culminating in his retirement as a Colonel. 

Allen’s transition back into a government-focused role reflects his passion for government service and his dedication to helping agencies achieve their missions. Allen expressed his enthusiasm for joining UDig, stating, “This role is a perfect fit for me. My background in government service and cybersecurity aligns with UDig’s mission to support state agencies. I am excited to leverage my experience to address the unique challenges these agencies face.” 

Meg Chamblee, Executive Vice President, shared, “Expanding our footprint in state government and scaling this vertical is a strategic move for us. Georgia’s reputation for innovation aligns with our strengths in modernizing and enhancing citizen experiences.
