Susan Frank Named a 2026 Virginia Business Women in Leadership Honoree

By

Richmond, Va., October 6, 2026: UDig, a digital product company, announced that Susan Frank, Chief Financial Officer, has been named a 2026 Women in Leadership honoree by Virginia Business. The awards program recognizes top women executives across the commonwealth for their professional accomplishments, civic engagement and mentorship.

Susan was selected from a highly competitive field of women leaders across Virginia. She has served as UDig's CFO since 2009, leading finance, corporate operations, human resources, and talent acquisition. Over that time, the company has grown from its Richmond headquarters into Nashville, Atlanta and, most recently, Detroit. Before joining UDig, she worked as an auditor at Coopers & Lybrand, performed various accounting roles at Circuit City and held her real estate license at Long & Foster.

“

Susan has been a driving force behind UDig’s growth for nearly two decades,” said Andy Frank, CEO of UDig. “She brings sound judgment, high standards and a genuine commitment to our people. UDig is a stronger company because of her leadership, and I’m proud to see her receive this well-deserved recognition.”

"Financial performance is important, but creating an environment where people choose to stay, grow and do their best work is what makes long-term success possible," said Susan, pointing to UDig's six consecutive years on Virginia Business' Best Places to Work in Virginia list. UDig recently won the Company Culture of the Year award at the rvatech/ Gala.

Outside of UDig, Susan has served on The Doorways Board, a Richmond nonprofit that provides lodging and support for hospital patients and their families, is currently the treasurer for her neighborhood civic association and on the board of a local commercial real estate complex. She earned a Bachelor in Commerce with a concentration in accounting from the University of Virginia.

Winners are featured online and in the October issue of Virginia Business.
