Data Strategy, Getting the Culture Right

Where do data strategy and change management intersect? This webinar will highlight how change management is key to successfully implementing your data strategy. Having a data strategy is critical, and there are financial benefits. Example scenarios will frame a data maturity journey for a fictional company.  We’ll state the data problem and organizational complications and provide tangible ways to navigate the change successfully.  In the end, we will touch on three different points of complexity in how effective change management is essential to executing your data strategy ambitions.

Most recently, he was the Chief Data and Analytics Officer at Markel. Prior to that he held multiple roles at Capital One including VP of Data Engineering.

Roxanne, CEO and Joy at Worker at The Change Decision, is a career change management practitioner at both Fortune 500 and small businesses. She has particularly deep experience in leading organizations through the implementation of their data strategy. Roxanne is currently serving as the Past President of the Board of Directors for the Association of Change Management Professionals (ACMP).

About Ed Cook

Ed, President and Joy at Worker at The Change Decision, is a long-time data analyst with experience from Fortune 500 companies and small businesses. He is also a professor of data analytics at the University of Richmond. His area of expertise is in group decision-making and the role of the leader in implementing that decision.
