Andy started the company in 2001 and, over 25 years, has led its evolution into a software company that builds digital experiences and frontline tools people want to use. Andy runs UDig on two priorities: delivering real impact for clients and growing the people who do the work. Everything else follows from those.

He has built a culture of agency and accountability, where people are trusted to make decisions, own the results, and put their effort into problems that matter. His focus today is developing a new generation of leaders to carry UDig through its next 25 years. A Richmond native, he holds a degree in Computer Information Systems from James Madison University.
