Gordon leads market growth and account leadership across the Virginia market. In over twenty years with the firm, he has held a range of growth and relationship roles, and today he is responsible for bringing new clients into UDig and expanding its most important relationships, focused on distribution, retail, and adjacent industries.

Gordon spends most of his time with executives thinking through how to remove complexity and increase speed for their employees and customers. He is curious about how his clients' businesses actually run, not afraid to push back on the status quo, and focused on measurable impact.

Outside of client work, Gordon serves on the board of rvatech and previously served on the Sports Backers President's Council advisory board. He leads UDig's partnerships with the National Association of Wholesaler-Distributors and the Industrial Supply Association.
