Josh has spent over 20 years in technology and leads the firm's technology vision, helping clients turn new capability into measurable results. He joined UDig in 2017 as Director of Client Services, helping build out the delivery organization as the firm shifted from staffing to project-based consulting, and has since held roles spanning client services, data & analytics, and consulting leadership before stepping into the CTO seat. 

Josh began his career as a defense contractor modernizing logistics systems for the U.S. Marine Corps, then moved into data and management consulting at Data Blueprint and Impact Makers. He holds a bachelor's degree from Michigan State University and a master's in information systems from Virginia Commonwealth University.

Today much of his focus is practical AI adoption, helping organizations move past experimentation toward narrow, well-governed use cases that prove value before they scale. He is based in Richmond, Virginia.
