Susan graduated from the University of Virginia with a B.S. in accounting and has spent her career working with numbers and people. Susan has been with UDig for 18 years and she has helped shape the company’s financial strategy, operational discipline as well as people practices.

Susan brings a practical, people-centered approach to leadership, aligning teams and performance while strengthening the company’s financial health. She is especially passionate about developing leaders, creating employee experiences that are grounded in accountability and exceptional service. As a member of UDig’s executive team, Susan balances intentional risk with creative problem-solving to help UDig grow responsibly. She believes strong financial performance and strong culture are not competing priorities, they are the keys to lasting success.
