UDig: Tell us a little bit about your background and your role at UDig.
RA: I have always been fortunate to have relationship building at the center of everything I have done in my career – whether it is building teams, delivering outcomes or helping clients grow their business. I am excited to take that into my role as Managing Director here at UDig to help grow an entirely new market and foster our unique talent here in Atlanta.
UDig: Why UDig? What made us the right decision for you?
RA: UDig is at a unique stage in its growth trajectory where the company still feels very entrepreneurial but also has a precise vision for the future. It’s the perfect mix for me to feel like a part of fostering a culture with the support of incredibly smart teams and mature business processes.
UDig: What does “ideas to impact” mean to you?
RA: “Ideas to impact” means that a singular idea or strategy isn’t valuable if it does not improve the experience for our end users and yield results for our client’s business.
UDig: As you focus on growing our client base in Atlanta, GA, what excites you most about this opportunity? How do you see UDig making an impact in the Atlanta market?

UDig: In 3 years, what do you hope to see UDig accomplish?
RA: In 3 years, I hope UDig is a well-known premium consultancy brand, helping enterprises to see the potential in their business futures.
UDig: What is your favorite procrastination tool?
RA: Walking and listening to music. If I feel stuck on an idea, it always helps to get outside and get moving!
UDig: What did you want to be when you grew up?
RA: When I was little, I always wanted to be a veterinarian or a pediatrician – I love the art of helping others.
UDig: What’s the most played song in your library?
RA: “Twilight Zone” by Ariana Grande
UDig: What trivia category would you be best at?
RA: Probably anything culinary or wine related!
UDig: How would you spend your day if we told you to take the day off?
RA: I would take a long hike in the mountains, get a massage, and spend time with my family.
