UDig, a digital product company, has named Ben Nichols Chief Delivery Officer (CDO). Ben leads UDig’s consulting practice – spanning design, engineering, and product strategy – across the firm’s client portfolio and joins the executive team.

Most recently, Ben led global product strategy for a digital product strategy and design firm, overseeing a team focused on offering development, client delivery, and operations. His career has spanned consulting and in-house product leadership, building products across industries from manufacturing to fintech.
In his role as CDO, Ben will lead UDig’s continued evolution as a digital product company – one where AI is not a service line, but the foundation of how every team builds and drives adoption with clients.
“Ben brings deep experience building and leading delivery organizations at scale, along with the calm, steady presence teams need as they grow,” said Andy Frank, CEO of UDig. “He’s the kind of leader people want to work for, and I’m excited about the impact he’ll have on our clients, our people, and the future of the firm.”
For Ben, the move reflects where he believes the industry – and the advantage – is heading.
“Delivery is the future – it’s the orchestrator across disciplines. As AI accelerates, the roles of the past are blending, and the ability to orchestrate across product, design, and engineering is key,” said Ben. “UDig is the right size to do that – nimble enough to move with the market and close enough to clients to deliver real value. That’s what drew me here.”
Ben said his early focus is on helping clients reach value faster – sharpening how UDig delivers and making sure every engagement moves clients toward the outcomes that matter most to their business.
