UDig Announces Strategic Partnership with Coresight Research to Accelerate AI Adoption and Innovation in Retail
Back to insights

Richmond, VA | December 17, 2025

UDig, a technology consulting firm focused on intuitive, adoption-first solutions that deliver measurable customer impact, announced a new partnership with Coresight Research, the leading research and advisory firm specializing in retail and technology. The relationship expands UDig’s role in the retail industry and creates new opportunities to help retailers leverage, adopt, and scale AI with greater confidence.

The partnership brings together Coresight’s deep research on retail and technology trends as well as insight into the consumer and UDig’s hands-on experience designing and building AI-driven solutions. Retailers are under pressure to make sense of rapid changes in technology and rising customer expectations. This collaboration gives leaders a clearer path from strategy to measurable results that meet the needs of both their workforce and their shoppers.

As part of the relationship, UDig now supports and takes part in key Coresight activations including the Coresight AI Council. UDig also supports the next installment of the Coresight AI Playbook Series, which will occur at the NRF 2026: Retail’s Big Show. Both organizations share a commitment to helping retail executives navigate the complexity of AI and understand where to focus next for the greatest impact.

“Coresight has been a trusted voice in retail for years, and Deborah’s leadership continues to set the tone for where the industry is heading,” said Andy Frank, CEO of UDig. “Her team brings clarity at a time when retailers are overwhelmed by noise. Combining those insights with UDig’s ability to design and deliver AI solutions creates real value for leaders who need to move faster and make better decisions. We are thrilled to deepen our relationship.”

Both organizations believe retailers need more than high-level strategy to make progress with AI. They need practical frameworks, actionable guidance, and a partner who can translate insight into real outcomes that improve efficiency, drive adoption, and elevate the customer experience.

“Partnering with UDig will make our data and insights more actionable for retailers. In addition to understanding the trends that are shaping the industry, they will now have an easy path to react, design and implement AI tools created by UDig as part of a strategic response,” said Deborah Weinswig, Founder and CEO of Coresight Research.

The strategic partnership begins ahead of NRF and includes a series of initiatives designed to support retailers throughout their AI journey from early exploration to real-world implementation.
