Nashville, TN – August 29, 2024 – UDig is proud to announce that it has been honored as Tractor Supply Company’s (TSC) Service Partner of the Year for 2024. This prestigious recognition highlights UDig’s innovative approach and successful partnership with TSC in developing and deploying cutting-edge technology solutions across the retailer’s network. 

The partnership between UDig and TSC began with developing a custom computer vision (AI) solution designed to optimize in-store operations and enhance the customer experience. UDig and TSC created a solution that surpassed existing marketplace tools and positioned Tractor Supply Company at the forefront of retail innovation.  

UDig further demonstrated its value by partnering with TSC to deliver the Hey GURA! mobile app, an AI-enabled solution that provides personalized, real-time product recommendations. This initiative empowered TSC to better understand customer needs, resulting in enhanced engagement and increased sales.
